About Me

My name is Suzanne and I created New Forest Mystic due to wanting to adopt a lifestyle in tune with my ethos and spiritual beliefs. Although my qualifications and work experience encompass health and wellbeing, I found my roles lacking in spiritual and holistic wellbeing.

I have worked alongside Sports Scientists and Strength and Conditioning Coaches to assist sports professionals, and teams, as a Sports and Massage Therapist. Since moving away and leaving my practice, I have been working with surgical, respiratory high care and stroke patients as a physical rehabilitation professional within the NHS. These roles not only included assisting patients with physical exercise, but also included encouraging patient engagement and monitoring emotional wellbeing. 

Alongside my science based roles, I have always had an affinity with alternative healing. There has always been a passion for essential oils and herbs for their emotionally uplifting and medicinal properties, and I regularly use them on myself, and my children. I prefer the use of natural products whilst minimising synthetic chemicals in our home. I now create my own feel good Crystal Aura Sprays to aid meditation using essential oils and crystals.

I enjoy developing my alternative healing skills whilst on a path of spiritual enlightenment. I have received attunement to Reiki Master level and practice trance healing as well as remote healing. I have received the 9 Rites of Munay Ki and a qualified Sound Healer. I am also undertaking further development in Mediumship and Master Herbalist qualifications. 

I feel there is a place for complimentary therapies alongside medical based allopathic medicines and treatments to look after individual holistic wellness. My qualifications, understanding of anatomy and physiology and experience in the health and sports sector, are complimented by my holistic healing.
