Friday 29th November - Release and Restore Evening Reiki & Sound Healing Session

Join our immersive Release and Restore Reiki & Sound healing experience in The Retreat New Forest.

New Forest Mystic’s immersive sound sessions incorporate a range of instruments, smells, vibrations and sounds. Lay back and relax watching the projections of the stars, aurora and milky way, or relax and sleep to soothing sounds. 

Along with crystal and hand made Tibetan sound bowls and gong, this particular session will focus on energetic release and will include shamanic drum.

Each attendee will have the drum played over them to assist in a release of energetic blocks, whilst the practitioner, who is a Reiki Master will also provide the group with energetic healing.

You will then be taken on a sound journey using a variety of quiet and loud sounds to assist release and soothe. 

Post session come back to Earth in your hygge blankets with a refreshing infused water.

PLEASE BE ADVISED SESSIONS BEGIN AT STATED TIME. LATE ADMITTANCE IS NOT PERMITTED DUE TO NEGATIVELY AFFECTING THE SESSION FOR OTHER ATTENDEES. 

Contraindications of Sound Therapy

As a precaution, it is not recommended that you take part in a sound healing session in the following circumstances:

• If you are within the first three months of pregnancy
• If you have epilepsy or experience seizures of any kind
• If you have any unmanaged mental health issues such as PTSD, personality disorder or schizophrenia. 
• If you are fitted with a pacemaker.
